Within online banking, you can easily set or update your PIN. 


 

Desktop Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Near the top of the screen, hover over the "Card Management" tool and select "Manage Cards".
  3. Click on the card you would like to update.
  4. Activate your debit card, if required.
  5. Click "Update PIN".
  6. Enter your new 4-digit code, confirm it for accuracy, and enter the card's expiration date.
  7. Click Save.



 

Mobile Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Log in to our mobile app.
  2. Use the bottom toolbar to tap "Cards".
  3. Find the card you would like update. Scroll horizontally, if needed. 
  4. Once you have found your card, tap it.
  5. Scroll until you see "Update PIN", then tap it.
  6. Enter your new 4-digit code, confirm it for accuracy, and enter the card's expiration date.
  7. Click Save.


Remember not to share your PIN with anyone. Your PIN acts as a signature when you use your debit card for point-of-sale transactions and to withdraw cash from an ATM. When your PIN is used with a transaction, we’re validating that it is you.
