Within online banking, you can easily set or update your PIN.
Desktop Step-by-step Instructions
- Log in to online banking.
- Near the top of the screen, hover over the "Card Management" tool and select "Manage Cards".
- Click on the card you would like to update.
- Activate your debit card, if required.
- Click "Update PIN".
- Enter your new 4-digit code, confirm it for accuracy, and enter the card's expiration date.
- Click Save.
Mobile Step-by-step Instructions
- Log in to our mobile app.
- Use the bottom toolbar to tap "Cards".
- Find the card you would like update. Scroll horizontally, if needed.
- Once you have found your card, tap it.
- Scroll until you see "Update PIN", then tap it.
- Enter your new 4-digit code, confirm it for accuracy, and enter the card's expiration date.
- Click Save.
Remember not to share your PIN with anyone. Your PIN acts as a signature when you use your debit card for point-of-sale transactions and to withdraw cash from an ATM. When your PIN is used with a transaction, we’re validating that it is you.
