TTCU Debit Cards can be activated through the digital platform accessible through desktop or the TTCU mobile app, or by calling the phone number listed on the sticker on the front of the newly issued debit card.

Desktop Activation Instructions

  1. Log in to online banking.
  2. Near the top of the screen, hover over the "Card Management" tool and select "Manage Cards".
  3. Click on the card you would like to update.
  4. Activate your debit card, if required.
  5. Click "Update PIN".
  6. Enter your new 4-digit code, confirm it for accuracy, and enter the card's expiration date.
  7. Click Save.


 

Mobile Activation Instructions

  1. Log in to your TTCU Mobile App
  2. Near the bottom of the screen, select the 'Cards' icon
  3. Click on the card you would like to update.
  4. Activate your debit card, if required.
  5. Click "Update PIN".
  6. Enter your new 4-digit code, confirm it for accuracy, and enter the card's expiration date.
  7. Click Save


Telephone Activation Instructions

1. The plastic activation sticker will be on the front of your card and will read the following message:

                                        "TO ACTIVATE YOUR CARD AND SELECT YOUR PIN:
                                            Call toll free 855-726-4885 and enter the information
                                                requested using a touch-tone telephone keypad.
                                                             Remove sticker before using."
