There is a $5 fee associated with replacing your debit card. It generally takes 7-10 business for you to receive your new card. If you need it sooner, ask a Credit Union Advisor for alternative delivery options, which are available for an additional fee.
If your TTCU debit card or credit card has been lost or stolen, call Member Relations immediately. If calling after business hours, select the appropriate call menu option and you'll be forwarded to 24/7 card assistance. If your card was closed, contact TTCU during business hours to order a replacement card.
