If your TTCU debit card or credit card has been lost or stolen, you can place a block on your card instantly through TTCU's online banking or mobile Card Management tool.

  • Select the debit card option for your TTCU Visa Debit card.
  • Select the credit card option for your TTCU Platinum, Cashback, or Dream Builder Visa.

*If calling after business hours, you will be routed to an afterhours service that will help you block your card. 

  • Blocking your card via online/mobile banking or after hours via phone will not result in a new card being issued. 
  • Instant replacement cards can be issued at a TTCU branch location.
  • A request to mail a replacement card can be placed via phone or via TTCU's online banking message center
