Downloading Account Transaction Details:
This process can only be completed using the desktop platform:
- On the "Accounts" page in online banking, select the account you want to download transactions for (on the left-hand side of the page).
- On the "Transactions" page, click the download icon (in blue).
- A list of options will appear on the right sight of the page (see image below).
Depending on your browser, the file may save automatically or ask you where to save the file. In the exported file, the transactions should appear in the current sort order on the Account Details page.
