Mobile Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to the TTCU Mobile App.
  2. Scroll down on the dashboard, if needed, and tap your certificate.
  3. At the top of the screen, tap "Additional Details."
  4. Scroll down until you find "Maturity Option."
  5. If you would like to change your current selection, tap "Edit Maturity Option."
  6. Use the drop down to select either "Transfer to an Account" or "Renew."
  7. Tap "Update."


 

Desktop Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to TTCU.com and use the Online Banking Box to sign in.
  2. Scroll down on the dashboard, if needed, and click your certificate.
  3. Click the "Certificate Details" tab.
  4. Scroll down until you find "Maturity Options."
  5. If you would like to change your current selection, click the pencil icon.
  6. Select either "Renew" or "Transfer."
  7. Click "Save Changes."
