Desktop Step-by-step Instructions

  1. From our website, click the online banking drop down menu.
  2. Click on “Forgot Username”. 
  3. Verify your identity by answering the security questions. 
  4. Select a method (SMS or Voice Call) to receive a Secure Access Code.
  5. Once you have entered the Secure Access Code, your username will be provided.


    

Mobile Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Open the TTCU Mobile App
  2. Tap “Forgot Username”. 
  3. Verify your identity by answering the security questions. 
  4. Select a method (SMS or Voice Call) to receive a Secure Access Code.
  5. Once you have entered the Secure Access Code, your username will be provided.
