Just like your computer, your mobile device must be authenticated to log into your account. When opening the iOS or Android app after enrollment, you’ll be prompted to send yourself a "Secure Access Code". This code is used to validate your identity. Once the code has been delivered and you’ve entered it, your device will be authenticated.

The login ID and password you set up for online banking will also be used on the mobile app.
