- From our website, click the online banking drop down menu.
- Click on “Forgot Password”.
- Read the disclosure and accept if you agree.
- Verify your identity by answering the security questions.
- Select a method (SMS or Voice Call) to receive a Secure Access Code.
- Once you have entered the Secure Access Code, you can create a new password.
Mobile Step-by-step Instructions
- Open the TTCU Mobile App
- Tap “Forgot Password”.
- Read the disclosure and accept if you agree.
