Desktop Step-by-step Instructions

  1. From our website, click the online banking drop down menu.
  2. Click on “Forgot Password”. 
  3. Read the disclosure and accept if you agree.
  4. Verify your identity by answering the security questions. 
  5. Select a method (SMS or Voice Call) to receive a Secure Access Code.
  6. Once you have entered the Secure Access Code, you can create a new password.


 

Mobile Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Open the TTCU Mobile App
  2. Tap “Forgot Password”. 
  3. Read the disclosure and accept if you agree.
  4. Verify your identity by answering the security questions. 
  5. Select a method (SMS or Voice Call) to receive a Secure Access Code.
  6. Once you have entered the Secure Access Code, you can create a new password.
